Commercial real estate question. Can I get out of a signed contract as I am having buyer's remorse.? - maine commercial brokers
Commercial real estate in Maine. My wife and I have to buy most but not all signed documents releated to commercial property and sales. The inspection was completed and I have agreed to resolve these problems, but my wife is from the state has not yet signed this document. We doubt want to slow dramatically, or from this agreement. We would be willing to reimburse Buyer for the costs of the investigation. Please share. Thanks

If you have not been formally executed the contract because his wife is forced to sign (it is), then techically not a legally binding agreement in force and may be withdrawn at any time. But if you transfer the closing documents in real estate, then you first need to review the contract signed. It should be "default" provision for the seller and buyer. Of course, you were more interested in the requirements if the standard (not sold, or they do what you need as a seller). Then ask in your agent if you have or a lawyer, how the contract will significantly affect you.
Ask your lawyer, but I'm pretty sure that because his wife signed the contract is not completed, and besides, you have 3 days before the end .... although I recommend consulting with your attorney, the sellers are probably angry and try to intimidate you to the "contract" I think honor who buy through the analysis, but also the reasons and their reasons do not want to buy it now .. . maybe just nerves. Good luck
